I watched that Dr Phil, I could have punched all those Doctors in the face, they expected her to be up and running and thanking them for helping her as soon as she got there, what do they know about detox? or was it the ratings they were after? (obvs). They managed to make the Mum feel asthough she should be begging for their help, and because the other sister has been off H for 2 weeks, they acted asthough she is now fully cured and should be pitching in to help her sick sister. Then to top it all off, what do they do? show her film of her shooting up not once, not twice, probably about 6 times in total. Jesus H Christ, I don't use but even I felt like doing it after I had seen that!!.
that poor girl, it was pretty obvious that she was looking at that film just salivating for more, but, oh No, The good Doctor thought he was showing here how bad she was.
just saddened by the whole thing really, I hope they both get better, but I don't think that the way it is being done is fair.

Hey all...I missed the 2nd show...i saw the 1st one last night on a repeat...how intense was that?
tom(heroin addict in recovery) my boyfriend just watched in total disgust...he asked if thats how he looked...did i sound like that when i talked? etc etc etc...it was hard for him to watch...
i am scared to death of needles...but that show was just so intense...i have seen tom high as a kite a million times...but never as bad as those girls...it was hard for me to watch and realize that was my life almost 2 months ago when tom was in active addiction...
im hoping i catch the 2nd show on repeat sometime this week...otherwise maybe i can find it online somewhere...
i agree...i didnt like how dr phil was making the mom feel badly in the 1st episode...but they were young 15 and 16 when they started...but still cant stop an addict...esp once they start...regardless of age...
