You're right. Yesterday marked 17 months clean and sober. Today marks my second day without a Marlboro Light. God, its hard. This seems worse (psychologically) than quitting the pills. I mean, smoking was my last real vice. What will I do without at least one self destructive habit? LOL, everyone is treading lightly around here. Jeff and I have been snapping and snarling at each other for two days now. (He quit too) As soon as he walks in the door, we begin circling each other, like predator and prey. We've agreed to sleep in separate rooms for the first week. I was afraid I'd be tempted to accidently roll over and smother him with my pillow and he was afraid he might unknowingly strangle me with the sheet.

Surely week 2 will be better. It just has to be. LOL

Good luck with quitting the cigs. I have around 43 days without and I'm using Chantix..I am still very impressed with it!

What will I do now that I don't have any dirty habits? I think I might apply for sainthood or something like that. (j/k) LOL, I still have a few bad habits. Just none that involve chemicals, except maybe caffiene, and I'll never give that up. Even good girls have to be a little bad.
