..Moi n charley are doin well thxs..hes been at his nans since the 23rd and won't be back until monday..his mum had TB over xmas and went into hospital for 5 days from boxing day..and charley and the rest of his family who were over his nans for xmas all have to be screened for TB so he might be over there a bit longer as he cant come back until he's been screened..apart from that things are well n good with us..hope ya'll had a good xmas aswell and may ya stresses sort themselves out in the new year..take care all..Robbie..

Ladies the jobs going good...got a lil raise already....we had to copper plate some stuff which ive never done before but the Tommy(my boss)showed me and i did a good enough job ....hence the slight raise.Busy as hell but am enjoying it so alls good.On a weird note i went for a few pints with one of the lads from the job recently.......and he made me an offer i found hard to refuse.....basically...take a flight over to Southern Spain....go to a chop shop...i.e an all round metal shop used to take apart cars etc.....you have a calor gas cylinder....used say in caravans......angle grind along the seams to open it ...obviously taking out the gas first.....someone comes along with 2kg.of coke....you place a false tin bottom in the cylinder...under which the stuff goes.....then just carefully weld the cylinder back up....fill it with gas ..so any customs officer can turn it on or off....no probs.....then its put into a family caravan and smuggled to were ever.....its as smuggling routes go one of the most fool proof.
How much you ask for my trouble and risk......free holiday in the sun ...they would expect you to do two a day ...roughly 6hrs.work.....500euro for each cylinder......so at the end of a five day week you would have a nice few bob.
I had done this type of work in my drug days whilst living in London....many yrs ago....so knew the risks involved.
I was very tempted.....it was a no pressure just think about it type of conversation......but the people you would be dealing with are on the rather heavy end....not that i would meet any just the drop off guy ......i wouldnt even have to touch the stuff if i didnt want to...just do the welding......sorry if this is long winded but i had to get it off my chest........in the end i said no in my head not even a once off....ive too much to lose .....the thought of being banged up in some Spainish prison isnt too favourable......and my daughter came into play......i felt guilty even thinking bought it for her sake.That sums it up really...so i aint gonna do no dodgy stuff way too much to lose.Take care all.........Davey
