all it means to have anemia is you will need to take an iron supplement, i get shot one once a month because i hate taking the pills. at least thats how it is for me, sometimes you can take over the counter iron or you would get prescribed pill form iron. oh and eat more red meat and liver. foods rich in iro. usually protien. mine is low cause i dont like to eat meat.
