your posative outlike has always been admirable. i love it. i believe thats what has gotten you this far. i love reading your post and your energy just bursts through the board. your the best!! its so nice to read the posative for a change instaed of the alternative, i really enjoy you and what you have to say : ) if only the world was more like you, but i also no if that were the case there would be know challanges and what fun is that? : ) you remind me of the coke commercial, i love that song,

Hiya Lisa yep so true some days are better then others but ya know what ive learnt that no days could ever be worse then the days ive felt so low i dont want to be here, so now my good days are exellent and my bad days are a challenge. it sure takes a long while to adjust to being pill free (personaly speaking) but its well worth the effort. This site has helped me in lots of ways and im never too old to learn something new cough cough lmao. Hope your well hun jaxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I like what you said about the bad days now being just a challange. So true. I have to bite my tounge (that's amazing for me) and count to 10. Figure out what's bugging me and then hit head on....not something I used to do when I was using.
But oh, the good days are so sweet....
