Hello....

Hello to all my friends,
Today has been a busy day for me (Its monday down here)
I have been driving around all day tidying up loose ends before I depart Oz,
I was driving past a Hotel that I used to guzzle at, and thought s*** I got to turn now to get in the right lane to get to the bottle shop!!!
I have no idea where that thought came from, I of course didnt stop, but it shows that at any time, well for me anyway that old habits stay in the mind!
Idg hows things, thanks for a run down on the roads , I was in Brooklyn last year and looked to see if anything was coming, there wasnt ....the direction I looked! Then a guy grabbed my arm and at the same time a bus blasted it horn at me, yep looking the wrong way!
Valarie hope your w/end got better after ya dinner the other nite,
My phone has been ringing red hot with ppl inviting out for "drinks" and meals before I leave, Im avoiding the situation,
I will just buggar off to NZ and go see my mate Zac

Hi Bob& Gina!

Hi Ginge,

Thanks for the mention my friend. Yeah everything is fine now. VW forwarded something from her Big Book that really helped. I even posted it in my personal diary to read everytime I get pissy. I need to realize that it is just my crap and not theirs. You are gonna have sooooo much fun! As for the car Ginge I don't know. Go to www.ask.com and ask that very question. Then you can narrow the search to Southern California. I just asked how much does a 1968 camaro cost? All kinds of info on Camaros came out. Give it a try and I hope it helps.
You could also try auto-trader.com. Anyhow I hope you have too much fun and remember to look both ways so you don't step off any sidewalks and look the wrong direction. LOLOL

Your Friend,
Valarie

Edit: Ginge....I am a moron. You are going other places besides California....so when you go to ask.com you don't need to narrow your search to Southern CA. DUH... See how narrowly I think sometimes??? The world is bigger than Southern Ca Valarie.....LMAO!!
OMG Ginge! I can't believe you asked about a '68 camaro! Back in my wild and single days, i owned 4 different camaro's, and 1 Firebird. (Not all at the same time) I can't tell you what one would cost because it depends. My first car was a 78 camaro when i turned 16....and i used to just love to blow the boys away in the 1/4 mile;) lol..........My last car was a '92, 25th Anniversay camaro, candy apple red, with a 350 motor! Yeehaw! I miss it, but had to go the family route when i had my son. So now i have a mini-van;) Sorry if this was off topic, but you just brought back some great memories;)

Take care my friend;)
Oh BTW Ginge....lol....i just happened to be thinking of you last night, and how confusing it would be to learn to drive the opposite way, and i just have a suggestion....maybe you could be a mail man here in the US first...to break yourself in, you have to drive on the right side of the road, but you sit on the left side of the car!!! lol........Just kidding, thought it was humorous;)
