hey all man what a bad night. Ihad the worst nightmares,vivid ,disturbing,blaaaaa,It was not nice! when on the meds did not really remember dreams that much.now been clean for 2 weeks. but man after last night I want my mind to stop playing tricks on me.really would love to be high.stop the thoughs.mind going to fast!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone need support!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but anyway, i too had bad dreams i was on the mayflower boat and a big wave came and threw me and loved ones in the ocean - i couldnt breathe - very scary - i am still on meds but a smaller dose...
what did you dream about - do you think there is some information in these dreams that would be of value.
