What do ya mean by feeling it though? You wouldn't get withdrawls. I can't see the person being high though. No, I'd say not high. In the begining I just felt like a few days later no pain. Not high.

first time user then probably by day 3 you will be over the effects(the buzz) if your talking about using after you woz clean etc. then by day it should be outta your system, either way you aint gonna go into withdrawls just from the one line of H, its not the end of the world if you've done it, just dont do it again...be more careful in the future..if you took it an thought it was charlie then dont worry your self - your still here aint ya - as i said be more careful in the future an dont trust ANYONE, if they r giving you H and tellin u it is Charlie then they are fu**ed up wan*ers, certainly not friends, stay away from them in the future bruv. Also you can OD by snorting H coz it goes straight into the bloodvessels in your nose, just like injecting it really, so DONT DO IT.
