I need to know what does "BUMP" mean? Some one who used to post on this pain pills page said that to me. I want to know what it means.

When you post a reply, it moves the thread to the top of the page, or "bumps" it up, as it were. Therefore, when someone typed "BUMP" on your thread, they were just retrieving it from the back pages for you. The word itself has no other meaning.
