Hi Im trying yet again to give up on the alcohol,

Its been 6 days without a drink, today is my day off as Im a shift worker, being home alone and not drinking is bloody hard, but hey I done today ok,

Fantastic your doing well, its just for today if you get bored go to a meeting ringg AA if your not sure where they are if you haven't been before it will be the best thing you would of ever done.

Today is another day off work! back on sat morning I am going to see a counsler this morning, first time but are up now ready to go.

Well 7 days today and its saturday nite (Im in Australia)
Its 7.30pm and im going to bed to take my mind off the beer,
I feel good about it but was hard today after work, usally I buy a couple of stubbies on the way home then keep on drinking ,today I bought orange juice!
Im on a 3 mth program that includes Naltrexone, which I did use one other time and stayed sober for 6 mths,
