Hi, I have a question that may seem silly. Is it common for Pain Pill users to switch to Heroin or vice versa? I ask because I've heard conflicting stories and am trying to help someone.

I kinda think not so much heroin then turn to pills. If anything pills then turns to heroin. At least around this area that's what I hAve seen. I guess because heroin was always better then pills.
That's what I see around here sometimes too! PP to Heroin, but not so much the other way around.
