Hi Gang,
Just reading through some of the posts. Wanted to say hi to Ginge and everyone. I am hanging on with nearly 5 months and happy not to be in that drinking game anymore.
My computer crashed so I just got a Toshiba Satellite. It's not bad! Loaded and not expensive like my other ones and a BIG SCREEN for my failing eyes. lol
The Lupus is maybe finally coming under some control so I feel a tad more energy and I'm so grateful for this. I went for some alternative therapy and the other good news of that is I have lost 15 lbs. My trip to the Midwest was alot longer than planned. I was sick when I left and sicker when I got there. Had to get stablized to make the long trek back.
I chaired my first meeting yesterday. It was a woman's meeting. Went pretty smooth but I was nervous. I will chair it all month.

Hi PM, Welcome back and good news that the Lupus is somewhat under control. Good job on chairing the meeting. I am privileged to have been elected as the Secretary at the Sunday 12:00 nooner meeting, my home group. This commitment is for one year. Glad to hear from you!

Hey Pregnantmum I'm dangerous (it's a good dangerous) thanks for asking.
Life is pretty much life all real and not altered in anyway chemically so pretty cool really. Ok there are areas in my life that could be better but i now have the choices and options of a sane person to sort any sh*t out. I don't need to go into blackout and hope i don't come out of it any more and long may that continue one day at a time and best of all i am no longer alone in my addiction. Keep posting PM.
