Did you do Thanksgiving with Sandy, Jack? Whatever you did, I hope you were happy. How's things with your son? Did he head out for upstate yet? This may be a good move for him, even though it'll be hard on you. Check in and let us know how things are going, my friend.

Thanks for asking. I went to my brothers and spent a traditional Thanksgiving with his family- and my Mom. You know,a couple of kids ,the football game on, lots of food. It was OK. No-one asked about Sandy or my nutty kid. I guess they saw that I was feeling a little bummed & it would ve been uncomfortable answering questions.
My kid called in the morning to wish a happy Thanksgiving. He is up there in Plattsburgh NY, freezing already and its only November. He says his car doesnt start and he hates the job he got.- - Ha- the grass always looks greener doesnt it?
Anyway I really do wish him the best. Im afraid that he will stay up there to prove a point. I told him not to be crazy, he doesnt have to prove anything,he can come back anytime- We,ll see what happens, he is supposed to come back for Christmas.
Hope the Holiday was great for everyone.
