I'm looking to find out entitlements there are when someone comes out of rehab e.g.. help with the cost of course's.. housing etc..
In ireland. I've been on the net all morning and have came up with feck all info.

Hello,j.h.s,im in Ireland also,but have never done a rehab,on l/t meth.course.presuming yer bro.has been unemployed,there are lots of courses,that are free,but you must be on the dole a yr.i think.As for housing,the social welfare usually pay most of anyones rent,if stuck the Vincent de Paul offer some low cost flats,for people on low incomes&they are pretty good.Is yer bro seeing a consellor now hes done his rehab?they should put him on the right track.bit more info on his situ.would help,but no bother.He might not be anywhere near these people but i see them/counselling etc.so its a start.Addiction Resource Centre tel.047 72100/fax 047 72444.they are based in Monaghan,but cover most of the northeast.Also why not just try a citezens advice place,or yer local health board.Take care&post back if ya get any results......all the best ...Davey
