Need help in coming off nurofen plus. I am down to 8 a day and take them all at once for anxiety which Valium and Stilnoct don't help. I have bowel problems and am terrified to go cold turkey. I cannot go out or do anything. I had to sell my home of 27 years and can't work with severe physical and mental anxiety and depression. Please advise me

I found freedom from alcohol/drugs and a direction for a life without fear/anxiety/depression in the 12 steps program of AA & NA.
