Well you all people just ditched me. Fine.
Tomorrow i got two years clean. Fine.
My friend who has a big trap. Male friend. He says very nicely this afternoon as he drove me to the Doctors. Nothing serious for now. he says "Isn't this around the time when you quit heroin? Two years ago?" I says "Yeah, and who cares blabadeeblahblah I ain't care bout nuttin", and he says "Knock off talking like that, and shut up cause I'm proud of you". Hmpf. Then he goes to shake my hand, and I gave him a dirty look like "Where's the gifts?". Kidding.
That was cool. Considering the poor guy took alot from me, and i sure robbed him a few times. He never gave up on me. Well, except when i stole quarters he collected for years. Cans, and cans, and cans.. Well the bad part is when he freaked out as I was kicking in his house. I was using while kicking. It's easier that way. He flipped, and screams "You BI**H. YOU THIEF..."
I got my slippers, and RAN. Eventually he let me back in after I tortured everyone else in the world.
So about maybe six months clean time this guy calls me screaming. You're back on heroin. You stole all these quarters, and that was like $600.00.
I'm thinking dude got Alzheimers which is not funny. Seriously because i didn't take a red cent when I stopped using. I go to his house, and he looks like he's going to kill something. He throws this HUGE A*S CAN at me, and here it was yet another can of quarters way up hidden on top of his closet.
I'm like "You knew i took them". NOT THAT CAN. Well, you made all that fuss originally over those few cans? Pffffffff. That was maybe only $200.00 Please.
So yeah we go through nobody believing us. Can't blame them. Once he saw how I looked at the BIG CAN he knew i guess I wasn't lying.
That's where it brings you, and forever almost I guess people can't trust you, but i trust me. So there, and I hope evryone is alright. Especially jack. Plus where is mary from Family Board? Trooper too???? Hope all O.K.
Brynn, two years what a milestone girl!!! That seems unfathomable to me, I'm so proud of you! Kick a**! Go out and buy yourself something nice, you deserve it! Tomorrow's your sober birthday!!!!! I'm bringing you a cake!
and no-ones more proud of u than me :-)...We've come a long way baby.......and despite all the insanity we will keep trudging along........that makes tonight an even better night to go out and hear some music and DANCE and celebrate being alive.........just think of where we were two yrs ago, down and out and wanting to be dead, who would have ever thought then that we would both be celebrating two yrs clean........seemed so unattainable....but here we r......of course u have me beat by a few weeks :-)

Wow while I've been spacin out here in the Antipodes doing laundry & re arranging the furniture, ol man @ home underfoot, BRYNN HAS 2 YEARS CLEAN! Wahoo! We should all throw a mental parade for Brynn-THAT is great news.Good for you kid,WISH I was as strong. Will make an effort to get on line more often;things will be back to normal shortly (hope). No biggie......I'm nobody......just got two years......we should not celebrate something we should already be doing......that's what someone told me.
