Thanks for the congradulations!! My husband was so excited. He grabbed me and hugged me really tight and swung me around. I am excited, but a little nervous at the same time.

Thank you all for your posts to me. I haven't been to the doctor yet because I just found out last night. I think I am going to take another to be positive.
I want another girl, but I will be happy with whatever I get. I am a little nervous because I am on sub and I don't know what to do about that. I am going to make an appointment with my sub doctor so I can ask her what to do. I am trying to cut down though because I don't know what kind of effect it will have on the baby.
I am also a little nervous because I have problems with my pregnancies like gestational diabetes and pre-term labor with every pregnancy that I have had.
I don't know when I am due yet, but I think that I am barely pregnant. I was on the pill, so I dont think that I am that far along yet. I am guessing that I will be due in either Sept. or Oct.
Thanks again for congradulating me. I haven't told my mother yet though because she wasn't home last night when I was going to tell her. Everyone else that i have told though has been real excited for me. Geez I am going to have 4 kids now.
stephy i had gestational diabetes and early labor with both my sons too. lets see you could start out by watching your blood sugars, seeing a nutrionist on advice what to eat or if your insurance wont cover a nutrionist, google it, i am sure menu's would be available for you to follow. also do you have a blood sugar tester? you can get those thru insurance or at the store to test your blood sugars daily. also remember to try and not overdo anything while you are pregnant, bedrest is what i had to do to stop the contractions, i remember my gyne/ob dr saying that he might start some medication in early pregnancy to stop pre term labor. i have diabetes now because i didnt listen, i was told that if you have gest. diabetes, you have a greater chance of getting diabetes later in life, i let my weight get out of control and when i aproached middle age is when it developed. so stephy you have that advantage, you are young and not overweight. i did read here and i cant remember who posted it, but maybe this person will come forward, but the post said that sub is not dangerous to a fetus???? it would be more dangerous for you and the baby to go into withdrawals???? anyone know about pregnancy and suboxone?????? i thought the odds of getting pregnant on the pill were very slim????? just curious as to the effectiveness of the pill.... what made you take the pregnancy test? were you having symptoms this early??? congratuations on your blessing from above! jewels/julie
There is nothing in the world like a new baby in the house, I used to hold mine ALL night long, just to kiss on them, and that baby lotion smell............:) Love them more every day.

Watch your carbs carefully, honey. If you don't have a carb counter book, get one. It's a healthy diet anyway. A sugar tester is a very good idea also. You're lucky that it's only when your pregnant that you have to watch it. You can sympathize for others with diabetes for life. Hope you get your girl. They're totally wonderful. I have 3 boys and 2 girls and had so much fun shopping with my girls and even visiting them now that they're grown and gone to Maine and Florida. Best wishes.
