So I'm on day 19. I have been feeling a little better each day but yesturday and especially today have been quite difficult. I know what I need to do. I need to get my butt to a therapist ASAP and to a meeting. I also need to start forcing myself to do more things outside of the house. I need to re-engage in society. I need to get a job. I will not allow myself to fall back into the viscous cycle I've been in for so long. Okay, I'm done venting and ready to get off my a**.

Shelley...be gentle with yourself right now. Try one of those things first, not all at once. A meeting would be a really good place to start. Get some inspiration for the rest of your list!

All that mental masturbation simply creates stress.
Make it a priority to find where a meeting is located,what time they start and go.That one action will change your whole life.
You will have time to fix the rest of your life tomorrow.I know for me that when my soul ain't right,nothing else is and it doesn't really matter what I do.
The right job,the right mate,the right car,the right house and all that superfluous bullsh*t doesn't mean jack if my insides are crumbling.
