Hi Everyone i developed an addiction to cocaine and alcohol over the years very slowly to the point that now i do not know how to stop it
i feel help less..need some advice as i need to quit alone
Why do you need to do it alone? Seems to be making it more difficult.
But that said....commitment and diligence are going to be required.

I live in a small town in Costa Rica and it is available everywhere and super cheap I cannot go to rehab as i am a single mom and have no family that could take care of my daughter..so i need to be strong and and just do it
I live in NY and can get it around the corner.
But I don't, nor do I feel the want, need or desire.
