Start over. Recovering addicts must be vigilant...all the time. Don't beat yourself up...you came here and told on yourself...good start. And you didn't enjoy it, there's information in that. Maybe this time you're done for good.

I re-lapsed recently as everyone knows. I beat myself up for a few days and was a horrible person,angry and lashed out at practically everyone. Then I just got on with things and have now put it behind me. You can too.

Plus it's good you admitted to it. That speaks volumes.
Why do we do it? Familiarity? Comfort? Addiction.
It don't matter weather a good or bad day. There were days I had a beautiful day and lapsed. Plus you see a dealer I mean that's tough. Next time ya see him just keep going.

i failed for 18 yrs b4 i stopped taking heroin and anything else i could get my hands on served time in prison for burgalinh houses.and nearly died a few times but i have been clean for a year and half so dont beat youre self up about using just pick youre self down and start again,keep plugging away and have faith in youreself and u will sucseed..
