PM,im so sorry for your loss.Losing a pet is so very hard.I swear,as a child,we must have lost 4 or 5 dogs,and i got to the point where i just didnt want anymore,i didnt want to get attached becasue i was so afraid of losing them(we lived on a busy street and they ALWAYS got out)But ive gotten over that and love my dog i have now very much.I know how you feel.My thoughts and prayers are with you.Hopefully youre broken heart will heal someday soon~KIM

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.

I want to thank each of you for your heartfelt wishes, prayers, love and support.
It meant so much to me to come here this morning and read all of your responses. I am going to take some more time to read and I will come back and post more when I have a little more time.
Today is an achey heart day. I feel so sad about my boy and I just realize how I was so not ready to let him go. I want him to be as free as he can but my selfish side really needed so much more time with him. He was healing me as I was healing him and the tragic nature of his death and having to let him go is just so hard for me.
Life just has to keep going and I just need more time to let go and celebrate my boy and the love he gave and I was able to share with him.
