Here is a link to another program other than the 12 steps. I know a few guys in it. Great people and great serenity. The steps are not the only program out there, personaly I think whatever works is great. But somthing HAS to WORK or we die. You dont get and understand that I empathise with you and WANT to help. Thats what keeps me clean. I went to detox in the inner city of Minneapolis. NASTY. I did it because I care Ali.

Here is another form of recovery, There is a book for sale on this site on this program. Just click on the blue for both. I know a man in this program as well. Its very spiritual and he loves it. He had a problem with "labels" just as you do. He didnt like the suggestions the 12 steps gave and never tried them.

I think your assumption of me saying my way is the only way is un-founded and mis-nomer in your own mind. If it makes you feel better about some things I have said, I do not mind if you think that. These are two great programs from the representation I have seen from the people in them. Either way dont deny yourself the friendships you can develop in these programs.

So...I HAVE to ask what...NO Im NOT gay! Ummmm EEEEERRRR What ahhh...well what kind of skin products does a high society gal like you use? LMAO its a totally serious question. Im wondering what kind-a-stuff you get in the B.C..

oh girlfriend you have GOT TO come to the states and get some professional or pharmacuetical products! They are to DIE for. I thought you were going to woo me with some great stuff! Your skin looks really clear though with what you are using! It crossed my mind while I was typing and looking at your face lol. I AM NOT GAY, Allthough I have some feminine habits. I studied with my Fiance for a year while she was going to Esthetician school.

LOLOL You know your skin creams girl...i know its OUTRAGEOUS...thats why i only get it in duty free...and even then..its a Luxury....

I used to treat myself a lot more..have found it harder and harder to justify outrageous prices as ive grown up and matured....

But GOD...that La Prairie caviar smells soooogood doesnt it????lolol

And it works too......

Will try the oil of olay....lolol

Oh I wouldn't know Ali, I was looking it up and saw the price for I am always looking for good skin care, but not for 500. bucks.

And if you are used to 500. buck a jar lotions and such, I don't think you will be too impressed with Oil of Olay.

You pay for the label on that stuff. Its a department store Brand but that stuff does smell GREAT and Im a dude. I think I could actually sniff that all day even though Im in recovery. Is that a relapse? Snorting skin firming creme!

Oh...thought maybe you bought it once...i know its so crazy...my mom has the best skin in the world, and during my travels I used to always bring her back the most incredbly expensive creams...lolo.. I was quite yound and naive and thought that the most expensive MUST work better..lol...anyway her skin has always looked so good..she looks 20 years younger than she is ( mind you never smoked or drank..always exersiced....)

Anyway one day Im over at Mom and Dads and I had to get some nail clippers from her bathroom..what do I find?????

All the bottles of skin care Id boughten for her over the last year or two...lolol

She blushed and said..."Oh sorry sweetheart..I love my Nivea" lololol

Nivea....your simple drug store brand nivea....but it WORKS and to this day when i smell it I think of my Mom....

Hello, fell in love with ya'lls topics, I am on the "h" bpard alot, Im julie, can I get the link Our "NOT gay" friend has that is so great, I love going to boards like this, alot of catiness, but us mature "peeps" overlook a heeluva lot, dont we??? By the way, I like Clinique the face wash bar that comes in that cool little holder, it slides out or like a drawer, also, there is a face syrum, I THINK oil of olay makes, it, I am not sure, but it is clear syrum, like almost surrupy, without the stickyness, the best face masks I have ever ever had are those fruit ones, the gel ones, that just peel off, you feel like youv had a face lift, I use lubriderm for sens. skin on my feet legs, face, everywhere at night neck too, before bed....give me the link please!!!!julie

Wouldnt I have to shoot or crush and sniff my drugs to be that??I actually didnt even know that people chew pills till I read it here..lol but I havent ever crushed or melted my drug..
Doesnt matter i guess...right now im addicted and in the fight of my life to get off of the stupid pain pillls.

Funny that some today have stated that 25-30 is so huge...i think it is too but have heard some horror stories of 100 a day habits since ive been on line..

Guess its all relative isnt it??
