Hi all,
My PC crashed and probably won't be up and running until later in the week (so I'm doing my laundry at my sister's house & thought I'd check in)...I wanted to wish all of you a very Happy Thanksgiving (those of you in US) and just a happy week to those of you elsewhere! Thanks to all the oldtimers here, the newcomers and the ones who keep coming back, you are such an inspiration to this here recovering alcoholic/drug addict.

Hi Geri and everyone!
Haven't been here in a while, staying very busy with the job. Passed the 3 year mark a few months back...am so very grateful today. AA and Al-anon are keeping me busy ...working on the spiritual growth...communication...living and letting live. Ugh, its difficult trying to be a responsible adult on a consistent basis....but we are trying to have some good sober fun amongst all of the grown up stuff. My fiance has about 8 months now too. It is good... the house is truly anchored in recovery.
I hope you have a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving Geri (and everyone else in the States as well)...I think of you often and send good wishes to you and your girls.
