Jack Of Heartz

Yo, Jack how goes it?

Haven't seen ya on in a bit............just wondering what's up and how your family is and all that......sorry about this crazy weather as I know ya dislike it.

Maybe we need to take our old bones and MOVE......ya think?

Only where'd we go, Jack.......how's about Nevada?
Hey B

I HATE NJ
Growing up in NY City - and more or less living there & calling it home for 40 years was a picnic compared to this week in this state. Floods, 60 roads closed, detours at every street- - turning a 1/2 ride into 3 hours! - all of this is ,caused a very stressful week.
The National guard were in town with Humvees & boats rescuing people and evacuating people (around 200) from the rising waters. All the rivers overflowed .

My 96 yr old gramma, had to be rescued & has been downstairs with my mom from the last 3 days-
Anyway-more later gotta go
much love

Oh Jack.........you got so much going on......I saw that on TV with the National Guard.

That's crazy......oh your poor Grammy.......I hope she can get back in her place soon.......I'm sure that cleanup will be overwhelming.......I'm sorry, Jack.

Hang in there, O.K.? If there is any way at all I can help.......please, please let me know.......that's a big strain on ya......hang on there, Jack.
Alright..Jack..as you have been having that terrible weather over here in rainy Ireland weve got Summer early..the seasons are all f***ed up.Your a tough bloke but day to day living is hard enough without this stuff to contend with..hope things get better for yerself&family...Take care........Davey
Jack,
as a former native of Nu Yawk Zity...i gotta tell ya..it could be worse or woirse as dey used to say on tirdy tird and tird...i presently reside in Ohio...or Ohwhyo as i like to refer to it.....where people speak with a twang instead of Bensonhurst twung...where the weather is drear without the Bronx cheer..

over the Easter Weekend we literally had two feet of snow...the bunny hip hopped to where it was sunny and left coal intstead of eggs in the baskets..

hey...tell me when Spring is sprung so he can be paroled
out to here..
luv MARY
Thanks you guys. Yeah, the cleanup has begun. Luckily the house didnt get flooded. but many on the other side of town & surrounding towns really got hit hard. My granny- is back at her home> which is amazing. Its unbelievable that at 96 ,she lives alone and needs little help.- Although my mom, and her 2 sons (my uncles) are always there for her.

The worst part about NY was dealing with transit strikes, and snowstorms, and a zillion people on the subways- Here in NJ - its a bunch of sh*t - like flooding, traffic, etc... just different issues I guess.
Yeah Byrn- in a couple of years (not to many more-hell Ill be 51 in July) Im really going to consider a move- maybe to n.carolina. Sandy wants to move out to the Northwest like Oregon- that might be a little far for me. Besides my family is a concern, she really doesnt have any to speak of except a sister in Saratoga NY that she is close to.(We go up there every Thanksgiving)

The area where the mdone clinic is ,got flooded around it- so they gave bottles to people who normally would get them- Nurses and staff couldnt get there so they had to.

Hope all is well folks- Ill get over this -A meer bump in my road.

much love
jack
