I've been taking a little break from online per my shrink's suggestion. One month, LOL, just to prove to him that I'm not addicted to this board. I saw your post to me on PP and wanted to say thank you again. You were the first one to welcome me here. It made all the difference.
I hope you're doing well and are fully recovered. You're coming up on your one year as well. It's been quite the journey, hasn't it?

I am so happy for you, I do ok most days, am struggling some lately with depression but am making adjustments. Thanks for your kind words they really help.

I know I know, after biting her head off yesterday she brought home an assignment that she had to complete.
It was a prayer for her role model. Guess who the role model was... me!

I just balled. Oh the doc went up on the paxil as I am probably only absorbing half of the hald dose. The anesthesia and hormone shifts can cause mood problems and he gave me a few days of a sleeping aid. I got a good nights sleep last night and feel 80% better today!

CL, just 11 months today, but soccermom (the one that started this post) was probably the first person that I began sharing with. Those were some rough months. April 2nd will be one year. Then I will go shopping!
