I remember when I made my husband get the alcohol out of the house. It was for me, for him, for us, and for our children. Congratulations!
Great news Jayde...that'll probably help with some of the triggers...but it's rough at first, I know that...does your husband drink, you probably posted about it, but I apologize I can't remember. Is he supportive of you getting sober?
Yes, my H is an alcoholic too, but would never admit it. He can go a week or so without drinking, so it's not like he drinks everyday, but when he does, he makes up for all the times he doesn't drink. It's a really screwed up relationship...always has been. If we didn't have a child together he would've been gone a LONG time ago.
