Hi guys, I'm back (well I've been back a few days, but not got round to this message). Had a brilliant time - Baby Row, she was up dancin'. She loved The Orb - got great video of her. She enjoyed all the music, and was singing her little heart out. Big smiles all weekend. My friend Dai had her on Saturday night so I could go out partying. Had amazing night - it was totally bangin' in the dance tent. Discovered legal eezz. I know, you're all thinking yeah right, you pitiful saddo, but they were clean off it. I was bouncing round the dance tent, the original acid house kid. Totally loved up! We were all moaning about Scotland - ie how far away it is, and how cold it was. I mean, we all thought it was cold in Wales, but Scotland took the biscuit. But all the Scots could do was look at us stupid and say "At least it's not raining!". We didn't know about all the floods until I was driving down the M5, and seeing vast tracts of Gloucestershire under water. But f*** me, driving 900miles in a 25 year old bus. It's damned hard work, and I was in the driving seat for every last yard! Anyway, it was a much needed break, and I thoroughly enjoyed, despite running out of calor gas for the cooker, running out of beer, and the battery in the bus going flat. Reminded me off my old travelling days - spent a large portion of my life with my head under the bonnet, up to my armpits in engine grease and spanners. We all had a blast, and I'm glad I made the effort to get up and go, just like the old days...

Sounds good Diff. It's awsome to spend time traveling and doing stuff. When i'm rich i'm gonna go everywhere. The only other country besides the USA I've been to was Mexico. I use to live in El cajon California. It was a 20 min trolly trip to Tiawanna, Mexico. I went there several times. I had this 16 year old boyfriend i was almost 15 we use to go to drink in the bars. NO ID required, but, you had to be careful the cops in mexico would arrest ya if you were out of line i HEAR a Mexican jail aint the place to be!. Tiawanna was always sad thou, loads of dirty kids begging for money. Poor health and sewage, prostitutes everywhere. It was a experience for sure. The border to get in you were not checked by ANYONE to get back out you had to go thru coustoms metal detectors all kinds of BS. They could care less what you brought IN but you were not getting out with anything.
Did you get to see the proclaimers Diff? Glad to hear you had a good time. You should try n get to T in the Park next year...
Yeah, I did, I'm ashamed to say that I only stayed for the first tune, which was letter to america, and then went back to the dance tent (I'm such a product of the 80's) and then went back at the end to see 500 miles. They played all this stuff in the middle that nobody had ever heard of, and ebenezer was in visitation - and it was totally bangin' in the dance tent...
