Kat

Just wanted to say hello to you. I really appreciate that offer you made me about your property. I would love to live near you. I just don't have any money to leave, I mean litterally. Not even enough money to put gas in my car. lol. I'm going to get up and start looking for a job again. I kind of put that aside, depression gets the best of me sometimes. I'm ready now to give the job search another shot. I hope you have been doing well. Thank you for all your support.

Love,
Liz
Hey Liz! I know how you feel. I've sure been there enough times. Sometimes you get down so low financially that you don't even know how to pick yourself back up. It's a miserable catch 22. How do you look for a job with no gas in the car? And if you get one, how do you put gas in it to get to work until you get paid? If you're not one of those lucky people with families who help out, (and I wasn't) it's even harder.
It can happen to anybody too. I know we never imagined my husband would get hurt on the job. In one day your whole life can change.
Keep a stiff upper lip my friend, things get better.
And if you ever decide to be in the woods....you'll know where to find me.
smile
Take care, Liz and throw an email my way.
Love you, Kat
Hey Kat,

Send me an email so I can get your address. I lost your email address. Mine is Liz04here@yahoo.com. Thanks

Love,
Liz
Liz, I hope everything comes together for you. I'm sorry to hear that. You do your part by not giving up and putting in an effort and I'd like to believe that everything will fall into place. I forget what state you live in. I might be able to help.
YGM !
Ok, Thanks Kat, Flipper, I live in NY...
What about going for your real estate license while you're looking for work. I'm a broker and I pay for any agents to take the course. Many brokers will pay for the course and you can work with them as some sort of an assistant while your getting licensed. It's the only job in the world where you can be a high school drop-out and make 6 figures. The sky is the limit. I know lots of people that aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer who are making between 200k and 300k, Canadian. So that's like $2000 US. Think about it. I can help you with anything you need.
Hmmm, That's interesting. I'm not sure if I would be good at it though. I'll give it some thought though. Thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely give it some thought.

Love,
Liz
Liz,
Nobody is good at it until they get into it. I've just seen it countless amounts of times where people make absolute fortunes from nothing. Any other occupation would take at least 2 years in University to get paid what an avg. agent makes in my office. Talk to some people, I really think it's a good idea. You can work from home if you choose and there's lots of options. I know if you were to go work for lets say, the Home Depot, they put you through orientation and then at least 3 weeks of basic courses for your dept. If you want to move up the ladder, they inundate you with management courses and many more. At the end of all this you make 40-50k a year. After 5 weeks of courses over the year, or as fast as you want, you won't make much in the first year but you can easily be making 80k- sky's the limit in not too much time. Sorry I'm not making sense, I really got to run. HAve a good night
Hey Flipper,

I'm very interested in this. I'm going to check into it. The money sounds real good. So, yeah, maybe I will get good at it. Thanks.

Love,
Liz
