Kerry You Out There?

kerry how are you doing?i seen in another thread you was wondering about suboxne to detox,i just spent 6 days in detox and they used subutex at a slow taper and i had no withdraws at all,i think suboxne is more of a long term maintance drug with a opiate blocker, subutex did the same results in a shorter period of time,i just wanted to get past those damn withdraws then the rest would be up to me,i am also on antidepersents which are doing wonders for me,i know you an't much into going to aa or na meetings and either am i but i know my way does not work so i guess i'm going to have to make sacafices in order to stay sober, you are a very nice and intellengent person and i know your tired of a little pill telling you what to do,you have inner strength that can meet the challenge,i have faith in you.......vinny.
it is good to see you back, vinny....I missed your humor.
I am on suboxone...I had a six week oxy run....my kind doctor gave me that, and being the good druggie that I am, I took it...
I do go to aa, it is just hard to go when you have MESSED UP AGAIN..
I am back on track, although I want off the sub and get on with it...the dr wants me on it for 2 months..because I am now a "chronic relapser"
So, you have to do whatever it takes. I jsut let the pain and stress get me down; that hopeless state that we get into..
But I got on track quick..
I am very proud of you for getting into detox. Don't you feel relieved??
You should give aa a shot. Or na. Take what you need, and leave the rest. This damn pill popping disease takes alot to change it..and you gotta get all pills out of your reach.
Besides that, how is the fatigue?
