I had a full physical after starting the suboxone and thankfully I have no damage, and I used Very heavily for a few years.
But, I have heard of others who have used much less and had severe problems.
I still cannot believe the horrible things I was putting my body through.
I have had dreams like that before poopie, and they are scary.
