Traci I was just calling Brook to whine to her that the chantix isn't working today but she is ignoring me. I'm not smoking but yesterday and today are a b****. I don't know what's going on. I know I have no nicotine in me but it sure feels like physical cravings. Do not do not do not smoke one once in a while. It doesn't work. Well it doesn't work for long any way. Trust me. I am an experienced "once in a while" person. It turns into a pack before you know it. Then you're back to day one quitting because you quit for a reason, right? It didn't change, ya know. You did. Once I start feeling healthier I forget why I quit and start all over again. It's not worth it because chances are you will quit again soon.
