I wanted to briefly introduce myself. Over the past several months, I’ve been dealing with persistent depression that has started to affect my daily life, motivation, and overall mental health. I’m also curious about what people typically do to support their mental well-being — but I know supplements can affect everyone differently, so I’m mostly looking for safe, general guidance before I consider anything.
