My wife and I have been on Lortab 7.5's for 3 years and with the qty per day reaching 20 between the 2 of us. We both had withdrawals so bad that we couldnt get out of bed for days.
I went to the doctor (pain management clinic) and told him that I needed to get off of these baaaad. We tried weening down for 6 months and that was a joke.
He finally said lets try the Catapress TTS -1 patches. I was ready for anything but wasnt ready to trade that for my monthly prescription. I went ahead and did it with very bid doubts. The box of 4 was about $65 or so and each patch in the box lasted 7 days. My wife and I both did the patch for 2 weeks and it was a DONE deal. Both of us have not had a lortab at all since the day we put the patch on. It has now been 2 months and not even the slightest craving. Unreal. Please try this people. I was as skeptic as anyone else and it worked cold turkey.

I just did a google search, that patch contains clonidine, which many here have suggested. Im glad it worked for you and good luck staying clean to you and your significant other.

Your right, Clonidine is what it contains. I meant to add that to the post last time. Thanks for the good words and for anyone out there that has a problem with hydrocodone or Lortab please try this. The doctor that gave it to me told me it worked just as well for alcoholics.
