Dear Sir or Ma'am,
About 16 years ago I was a resident of Odyssey House Adolescent
Facility in Salt Lake City,Utah for roughly ten months. My name at the time was Aimey Suzanne Acker and I was pregnant throughout most of my stay there.
When my pregnacy came to term, I gave birth to a boy whom I placed
for adoption while still living in the facility. He was born February 15, 1987. I am unsure of the year.
At the time I was 15 years old and unsure about everything. Later,
after being placed on a 'Bad Terms' status for innopropriate behavior with another resident, I relapsed and years went by before any good could be said for me.
I now live far away and have three children and a husband of ten
years who is active with the Navy, stationed at Bolling AFB, Washington DC.
We teach our children at home and are active in our church.
All this aside , I would like to find out the adoption agency
which I used when in your program. There was a fee to be paid in case
he ever wanted to find me. I would like to pay it or whatever need be done in order that if he looked he could find me easily.
