To all my friends on this board, may your holiday be safe, sober, enjoyable and may everyone enjoy the miracles that unfold. I pray that everyone gets what they want from Santa and remember, we've all been given the best gift of all, sobriety and recovery....

Merry Christmas Stacey & To All My Other ARG Friends,
When I think of all your time and your ESH that you guys and gals post here my heart just is over whelmed with joy. It fills my head and spirit with love and amazing hope. I carry you guys with me every where I go, I'm serious. I don't even know how to come up with the words to thankyou all enough.
This yr. has been a struggle for me. Yet, I have had more sober days this yr. since I was pregnant with my second child and thats 21yrs.ago. You guys are continuing to teach me how to live on lifes terms not on my terms. To turn things over that I have no control over to my HP whom I call God. And it's hard for me as I was on my own from the time I was 6 yrs. old. I learned to be in control of everything. Now I let my HP take over.
You my friends have shown me that life sober can be challenging but really is easier this way. You have helped to untwist my negative thinking. When I do think negative you told me to get into my gratitude list and hold onto to it for dear life. You have given me some great slogans that I can play in my head to.
You guys have given friendship and companionship and when I slipped up left the board and came back no one judged me. You understand and reached out with love to this suffering and lost alcoholic. I could go on for ever letting you guys know how grateful I am to have found you all, but I won't. Because I think we all have this same admiration for each other.
I would also like to thank and wish Happy Holidays to the owner, moderators of this board.
Wishing Everyone A Merry Christmas Good Health And A Happy New Year !!!
Love Your Friend, Chris
