Didn't see Meth as a cat, so I used heroin which I'm not a regular user of the rubbish. To the point, I'm down to 8ml now. Took a long time, a yearish. I've just read the last 10 is the worst, so I aint doing too badly then. Enough waffle, I' like to know how much to reduce painlessly if possible. 1ml every what or when. Please help.. Thanks. .
Hi mate i've been reading and hearing the last 5 ,10 mls are a proper cu*t for people to get off and was talking to an old friend the other day who says he used lofexidine for the final cut but you have to be supervised during this, i read about it and it's kinda all to do with the brain producing endorphins falsely so to speak when your on opiats and they become unbalanced, anyway when you finaly come off opiates you get mad rushes of narodrenalines which increases the feeling of withdrawal , might be worth checkin out mate www.lofexidine.co.uk..PEACE OUT!!!!!paul
Alrite Bonkers....i dont know much bout reducing methadone as ive been on it @80ml..for 8yrs........but from experience with mates etc. the last 10mls should be done by reducing from 10mls. 2ml. every second week,so yer clean in 10weeks....slowely is deffo. the best way........you will even with this slow reduction...not exactly get withdrawls but ya will have some sleepness nights,and some anxiety....this may not be everyones veiw but i would get a l/t benzo like diazepam/valium for the 2weeks after yer straight off the juice,it will cushion any mental or physical side effects,but only do it for a month tops.All the best pal and welcome to the forum............Davey
