I am okay, better than yesterday...
Cleaning is good for the soul....I just get crazy because my kids put me back to square one...I am trying to make them pick up after themselves...boy, what a battle!!
Stay at nine.....YOU CAN DO IT..You are on you way...and say a prayer for God to take away the desire.. I am not overtly religious, but I have been told that over and over, so try it....smiles..

I was or am alittle edgy but so far I can deal I just have my fingers crossed about tonight.I have a real hard time dealing with the tendon pain that comes with decreaseing.That leg pain is one of the reasons I always caved,not that I'm trying to blame that for my weakness.This(being here)is the first time in my life that I reached out for help and I'm so lucky to have so many great people pulling for me.I can honesty say that I admire so many of you guys....mj

maybe try some yoga molly....that helped me alot...just stretch yourself out..
