I know arent the pics beautiful!!!? But thank you so much for the prayers and I just keep praying to take it one minute at a time and one day at a time. I looked up some na/aa meetings. All they have is AA meetings about forty minutes from me and due to my anxiety and panic attacks I can't drive there. It figures. I did have my husband take me to one and I didn't feel like I should be there. I don't know if it was because the focus was on alcohol and I don't relate or if I just really wanted someone who had had the exact same problem as me. But bless them and more power to them that they go there and relate you know. For now I am going to work with my joyce meyer and bible and try and find a church soon as I can walk without shaking LOL.

I am anxious and tired of being tired lol. But slowly I think I might be better in a few day physically. Mentally I have a long ways to go, but I got a new bible and it explains things and keeps me busy.
How are you doing thumper? I think your prayers are really helping. My poor daughter thinks I am having my cycle and thats why I am on the couch so much. Tomorrow I am going to try some exercise, but my legs are just too shakey today.

Hey Cass...good for you! Great work! You really need to start concentrating a good strong program of recovery now. The physical addiction to pills is one thing. The spiritual and emotional side to addiction is really quite another.
Look into therapy and or meetings of any kind. Find out what led you to where you are.
I am proud of you! Keep it up
