Thanks for asking how I am:) I am fine I have been having a few "bad days"
I take it that is because its that time of the year.
I havent had a drink, And I dont want to,
I have offered to do a few extra days at work over the xmas , new year period to help other guys with familys get some time off, but at the same time keep me busy.
I hope you are feeling well now, and you have a new place as well!
Its getting warm down here Xmas day forcast for Brisbane in our terms is going to be 37 degrees....

Ginge, How are you fairing through the holidays? I hope you are doing well...nothing is worth that first drink...it is never enough, at least for an alcoholic like me. Did you get my new home email address?

I have only had xmas day off work, its been hard not drinking!
I stayed home on xmas day and didnt even answer the phone, it was the best way for me to stay away from the alcohol,
And VW Girl I am nearly at one year only 6 weeks to go, I dont want to stuff that up.
I am the same one drink would end up being a disaster for me, I know cause the last few times I stopped I came back stronger and hit it harder.
New years eve coming up I have my neice coming to stay with me she is coming over from New Zealand and is only 11, so that will keep my mind off drinking, last year I was on it for 40 hours, a bit crook for a couple days after and much lighter in the wallet!
I am doing okay Im not going to drink, and alot of it is thanks to you VW Girl,

Very hot and humid here in Brisbane at the moment, I worked tonite and as soon as I get out off the aircond truck, my shirt is wet with sweat!
