I just had to post these pics of me and my son playing football...I knew it was a bad idea to buy him it last weekedn, as he wore me out and left me gasping for breath lol
But i loved it all the same, i tr was great to spend some time with him.

My 32 year old son is a recovering heroin addict and he's been blessed to meet a very special young lady and they recently got engaged. They are planning to get married this November and are in the process of buying a house.
Love is such a blessing!

Thanks for the lovely comments regarding my son. It is greatto have people complementing me on how good looking etc he is, god knows where he gets it from ? lol
I am doing fine, still dabbling I have to admit but only every now and then and the ,main thing is i am not letting my son down anymore. If i say i will do something for him, i do it. It never used to be like that, i was alwasy leting him down and promising him the earth and never getting it. Now its all different, i see him every weekend, and take him out somewhere every other weekend. He is first now, which has taken me a long time to get to but i did it.
My only fear now is that as he goes up into secondary school in the Autumn, that he will start becoming a teenager and with that becomingf interested in drugs and drink like every other kid on his estate, that worriesd me moire than anything in the universe. I dont want him to ever be involved in as little as smoking a cigarette let alone heroin. I have told him a milion times and he knows hat drugs wreck your life, but wjo knows, peer pressure is a big thing and i just worry my self silly about him. If I had my way i would go out every where withhim and see what he was getting up to! But thats not the way to be i know, but thats how i feel. He is gonna grow up quickly when he goes to his new school and i guess i am ust gonna have to brace myself for it ...

Tin, without a doubt your lovely, awesome son will have a way better chance of not even touching the poison out there if you are around for him............he needs ya, Tin.............and you're doing good being present for him.
Just keep being there and not letting him down, and I have no doubt he's gonna come to dad with questions and all............and you'll know what's going on with him..............because you're a DAD is why.
