I just heard about naltrexone hydrochloride in the treatment of alcoholism. Has anyone had any experience with it's use?
Yes. I have used it but found it didn't change my cravings at all as this drug claims to do. I also found it to be expensive and my insurance plan for perscription drugs did not cover it. Hope this helps.
