My daughter has been told to leave here friends and came back knocking my door under the pretense she wanted a bath, I tild her to leave ,she has been back three times and I told ever time to leave and come back when she had stopped using. She still says that she has stopped but she was seen going in the house of one of her so called friends that uses heroine that is what has lead to her being thrown out of her friends.
I gave her a coat and scarf and an extra pair of socks and sent her on her way. This is the hardst thing I have ever done now Im adraid she is sleeping out in the streets freezing cold please talk to me if anyone is there,

Welsh Lady,
Just think how hard you've tried. Just think how hard you've worked to help her. She hasn't wanted to change. You have to protect your own health and well-being so that you can enjoy YOUR life. The bonus is that if and when she DOES want to change, you will be strong and well and able to be there for her.
Ourselves we can change, others we can only love.
Please take care of yourself.

This is a hard reality for a parent to accept because the guilt a blame crushes your heart and ruins your spirit. If your daughter is out their it is only because this is the life she chose. I know the questions you ask yourself runs well into the 1,000's but at the end of the day, even being her mom, this is not your burden to bare nor is it your fault. Along with that coat and scarf all you can give is your love, incouragement, and support.....even at a distance. All the best to you!
