Nervous About My Dr. Appt. Tomorrow

I have a dr. appt. tomorrow morning. Some of you might remember that I had surgery the day after Christmas 2005. Since then I have continued to have medical problems. My dr. did an EGD on me last week and tomorrow he will talk to me about the results. I know for sure that I have a hernia and horrible adhesions. I know he wants to do another laproscopy. I am so nervous. I know a laproscopy isn't a big deal but I freak out so easily! Please keep me in your prayers. Thanks.

This ol lady is headed to bed, but I want you to know that prayers are being said for you tonight. Laproscopy is still surgery and should be taken seriously. It should concern you, but try to stay positive Shelly. That can mean so much in how things turn out in life, and in healing.

Thanks for your prayers. I just back from the doctor and there's nothing worse wrong with me then what I already knew. That's good news because I had convinced myself that something was horribly wrong. The doctor said I can pretty much decide when I have the laproscopic procedure. I'll probably wait until next month when hopefully I'll feel a little stronger. Hope everyone is having a great day!

Thanks Gracie. How have you been feeling? I've been practicing those meditation techniques you mentioned. I was surprised and pleased to find that they really are helpful. Let me know how you're doing.
