This is the first time i haaver gone online looking for help. I am addicted to pain killers prescribed to me by my own doctors.

I did the same thing about a week ago (went online and asked for help). The events of this past week have blown my mind, all because of the support and advice of this board. Ask for help, listen to what they say.... they've been there they know what you're going through. I know what you're going through. My Dr. has prescribed percocet to me off and on for 23 years (yes the same damn dr.), put me in treatment once and then continued to prescribe because I'm so good at getting them out of him... you and me are in the same boat. Some people are addicts, some are friends and family, some are just curious, but all of us are here for one reason, and that's to provide support and help for whatever ails ya!! I hope you take time to read through some of the posts, you can find a lot of help and information (ideas) just comparing notes. But be sure to leave a post so we can get to know you. There are a lot of very nice people here just waiting to talk!
