A friend and I went to see the movie "Running With Scissors". It stars Alec Baldwin, Annette Benning and Gweneth Paltrow. Well.....we walked out. I guess I just "didn't get it!" It was aweful!! Has anyone else seen it and if so could they possibly tell me what the hell it was about? They say there is already Oscar buzz for it and if that is the case we are in trouble. IMHO.

Hmmm, I was interested in renting that when it gets to DVD....I read a pretty good review about it, but I don't go by reviews...usually I do not like the movies the reviewers rave about and vice versa. I'll check out another review in my local paper they usually post them on the weekends.

Hey Vw....yeah I heard good reviews about it too. I didn't stay for the whole thing so it may have picked up. I have a bit of ADD so if it doesn't do it for me from the beginning I bail. There were some funny parts but only what they showed in the trailers for the movie.

Hey Val tell your good man I'm a dreamer at heart LOL The kids are Cameron he's 8 and Bridie is 5 yeah we do Halloween as kids have fun and i eat the lollys heehee plus they can still walk the streets alone here so you gotta have the freedom to be a kid while it is there. AND VALERIE get a bloody world map and look up New Zealand no where near Australia. Tell your hubby you are both welcome to come and stay although a quick call to customs will sort hubby out for a day till they realise its a hoax and the rubber gloves they use in NZ airports are okay LOL and i can comfort you and the girls okay okay i'll go to a meetingLMAO

We come from a background of friends hardened on drinking and binging and we were both good at it till it became the boss but the thing about it is there is always another legend ready to take over and now me and ginge are waiting to help the next one that starts to self destruct and we know a few

Howdee doo Zac...you are funny to me too my friend. No worries ever on my end my "NZ" friend! LOL....It is just jokes and fun. I am never easily offended and besides how could I get mad at you for mentioning it when I am the one who brought up my surgery months ago. I like the joking around. It keeps a little levity. I need that as I tend to get really serious and down alot. A bit of mania at times and then I go down quite a bit so everytime I can get a laugh...I appreciate it my pal.
