HELP! Does anyone know how to look up who owns what property in FL? I know my sister pulled up the fact that my dad had transfered the house after my mom died in CAli...I just can't find the pages.
I need to know if there are certain properties in certain names...

Fla. has some funky laws on land and houses...... I would call a lawyer from there to just run it by and get advise...... really they are weird with their laws.

You don't need to call a lawyer for a Property Appraiser Site. They have them in almost every county in Florida for Free. I live in the Tampa Area. You just type in the county, the address, or name and it will give you info on a house. It will tell you who's name it is in, how many square feet it is and what it is valued at. It is really easy to do. You just have the know the county.

Rae, thank you so much. I couldn't find anything in that name; but I did one of those pay sites. I got the address...what county is Boca Raton in? THANK YOU SO MUCH..

Thanks so much, Rae. I didn't pull anything on those site, but I did off of palmbeachcounty.com...I did find some stuff, but couldn't find if those were just previous addys, or they were purchased.
I found a site with deeds; and no real estate transactions for this particual place. Not the ones I was looking for, anyway.
