Karen obviously the dog is in pain based on your post, Find a way to take her to the vet.
Can't fix something if you don't know what it is. Please take the dog to the Vet.
Call them and tell them what is going on, tell them you do not have money, see if they will take payments. The dog should not suffer, Period.

I agree. Do what it takes, but take your dog to the vet. Money or not, it's our responsibility to do this. They can't tell you what's wrong and they can't go on their own.
I don't know where you live, Karen, but in some areas they have clinics that are less expensive to take your pets to.
How long has she been like this? Do you think she was injured somehow or fought with another dog maybe?
Call around and see which Vet's office or clinic will work with you and are the cheapest. If you absolutely cannot find a way to afford medical treatment, be very honest with the Vet about it and ask if it's okay to give your dog tylenol or something like that.
I've done things like this, (rolling the meds up in a slice of bologna or something similar) but I hate to tell you to do the same without really knowing what's wrong with your dog or what reactions it might have.
I go to a co-op and buy all my dog's meds. (I have eight dogs, can you imagine the vet bill if I didn't know how to administer their shots? lol) They're very inexpensive there in case you want to use that idea for future options.
Wishing you the best.

Karen-
I agree with the others. When I was about 18, I was waiting tables and had barely any money at all back then, and I had a puppy who came down with Parvo (a potentially very deadly disease, found usually in puppies). I was so upset and horrifed at the same time knowing I could not afford the medical care back then.
I called a few vets, and they refused to do anything unless I could pay everything up front.
But I then called a small vet in our small town, and he took the dog in..........Was truly a saving grace...........He kept the dog on Iv's for 4-5 days, around the clock care, would call us with any changes at all, did a great job. I went to pick him up, and the bill was unbelievably LOW.(I mean reallly low) he had only charged me for the meds they had to give him..........and he said just pay on it when I could...............So I did, and I got him paid off. You will be surprised what a true animal lover will do to help out.
Make some calls Karen.................There is someone out there willing to help..........Even some retired veterinarians do this type of thing.
So sorry your dog is hurting.
Hugs.
