One Month Again

Well, I finally did it. Sunday was my first month sober, again. It feels good though, like I have accomplished something. I was sober for 10 months before but I wasn't working the program right. Now I am doing it right. Working the steps and taking things seriously. I hope that it is god's will for me that it is the first month in the rest of my sober life. I don't ever want to go back to where I've been.

You are a miracle and if you stay active in your recovery, work the steps and work with your sponsor, take each day as it comes, everyday is a miracle...thank you for sharing and you're inspiration you bring here....

Awesome Lovin' Life! That first month is a pain in the a**! You are doing great. Pretty soon those months will come faster and faster and before you know it you will have a year! One foot in front of the other one day at a time!

Hi Gina....I like the lips that you have as your avatar. Hey I have been meaning to ask you something about your email address. Isn't that a derogatory slur word for Italians? I am bi-racial so I try to always be PC if I can be. Just wondering..and also get education where I can about such things.

I am kind of "slow" when it comes to things like that on the computer.lol...Hell I was posting on here for a good month before I figured out how you all got your names on the side! LMAO That's why I have that dumb monkey that they have available for us on this site. I always want to change it though.
