It is so hard to lose Riki but he's at the Rainbow Bridge running free and knowing he is at peace makes me feel comfort. I wasn't ready for him to go for sure. Not near enough time. But he had to go. I didn't get to choose that.
Tomorrow I will go get his body and take it to a vet for cremation. Letting go is such a sad story.
