Hi Valarie (and everyone else also) ~ How are you? Thanks for checking in with me...I'm okay, I started that new position but I am transitioning and will not be full time until the end of September. So I am at two separate desks and support two full time jobs with 50% presence at each one. I'm trying to go to meetings everyday because for me I get kinda cuckoo when I don't go...The gal I'm sponsoring is having a real rough time so she comes over once a weeknight. Life in general is busy right now...but I just take it step by step, because I am capable of becoming overwhelmed easily. So, I have a few hours before I have to pick up my youngest daughter from work, thought I'd check the board out and see what's going tonight.
Hi Girl.....I figured you were busy! Sounds like you are burning the candle at both ends! Your job sounds like a real challenge. They say it's best to keep busy so we don't have time to think about the drink but sometimes being so busy is what makes you want to drink! Does that even make sense? Well I am glad you checked in and I am glad you are doing great! So nice that the heat wave has somewhat subsided huh? That was torture. We haven't been to Laughlin too much lately. House still isn't finished and the heat was just insane there. Over 122 everyday for about 3 weeks. That is just balls hot! LOL...you take care and have a good night my friend.

Thanks Val. Yes, the heatwave is over....now it's a little chilly down here by the beach for me...it is good for me to be busy, but I have to watch that I don't do too much, cause then I hit a wall...an emotional hangover, if you will. I need to try to pray and meditate each day just to try to get quiet with myself and my HP. Things are okay today and again thanks for checking on me.

Please do this, as i bet when you do stop and rest, all of a sudden your body will think sh*t i'm not going 500 miles an hour 24/7 so i think i will just go into shock and feel like a train has hit me. Get that comfy man of yours to do the massaging or better still shout you to a full massage and relaxing facial etc.

I know about the hitting a wall, we all need to be really careful not to take too much on at once. Hi Everyone, it's about 9:30 pm here in SoCal...thanks for all of your posts. I do appreciate it. I ended up doing my chores tonight and actually took a walk which was really nice.
Hopefully, I'll have a low-key weekend. Monday, I will be accompanying my oldest daughter to her oral surgery appointment ~ she asked me to take the whole day off to take care of her, which I will do.
